- Have been employed in Western Australia at any point between December 2022 and currently (at the time of the interview)
- Be aged 18+
- Have never worked with Natasha (Tasha) Broomhall or Blooming Minds as a client, employee or colleague. Natasha (Tasha) Broomhall is the founder and Director of Blooming Minds, a company which provides mental health training in workplaces.
